Working Christmas Eve,  with hours 'til you leave,

No amount of cheer will bring you a reprieve.

So work hard if you're able, in this festive fable.

For it's no simple task, putting reindeer in their stable,

In this cold, lonely place, something awaits your embrace.

Beware the festive horrors, if you come face to face...

Features:

10 - 20 minutes of gameplay

Multiple endings

Retro early-3D inspired graphics

Tense, sinister horror experience

Non-linear progression

Filters and Headbob can be toggled on/off

Controller support  (mapped for Switch Pro, but others should work)

NOTE: if you are having issues with the controller, please close steam, as it can interfere with inputs.

How to play:

WASD - Movement

E / Left Click - Interact / Advance Text

SHIFT - Run

CTRL - Crouch

R - Bring up list of tasks

ESC - Open / Close Menu & Skip Intro!

Right Click - Special action, used for a specific task in game.

Controller buttons can be found in-game (again, they are listed as Switch Pro but equivalent buttons on Xbox and PS should work).

About:

This game doesn't direct you where to go quite as clearly as my other titles, there is a minimal expectation of exploring required to find out how to approach your tasks, and generally they can be done in any order. The 'Current Task' reminder in the top corner can be ignored and other tasks pursued if you like.

Pressing 'R' to bring up your task list should prevent you feeling aimless. Some tasks are acquired through gameplay and added to this list.

There are 3 endings in total, with the third requiring you do have done all the tasks in the game, but note that not all tasks can be completed in a single play, this should make replaying the game to find the other endings more enjoyable as you can do the tasks you missed out on before.

If you ever feel locked out of a task or think something isn't working (like the computer or coffee machine) check that the power is on!! There is an electrical box attached to the staff hut that you could easily miss.

PLEASE NOTE: You can hold ESC to skip the intro section!

Another great one from Grainwood. One of my favourite developers on Itch! Loved the atmosphere on this one. Really nailed the Christmas horror vibe! Thanks!

Only one question...the last weather station..where is it?

Merry Christmas! Thank you for the kind words :)
As for the 'last' weather station, it depends which ones you got! I'm guessing you missed either the Thermometer on the outside of the stable (near the sliding door) or the precipitation station near the little wall that leads into the back woods (near the wooden gate). Good luck!

This game is beautiful: the atmosphere, the various critters you can see running in the fog, when they encircled you and eaten alive with your screams echoing in the night

Sublime, good work Grainwood Games devs, yoru games are always on top
