I did indeed play until i found all endings, and i loved the sense of dread you built up as the story progressed. Can't think of a single negative thing to say! Great job! Here's my No Commentary playthrough:
Amazing game, one of the best games i played here, reminds me of Chilla's art games. I like how real and creepy this situation can be, when you just gone to store to buy some food, and some creep started stalking you, situations like that is always creeped me out,it's spooky as hell. I liked how eerie and disturbing this game is,the endings was interesting, 5\5
A very fun game, congratulations!!, I really like the story and the sounds, driving a car is great. Friends creators of the game, I want you to subscribe to my channel please, greetings to all the creators of the game!!
I wanted to say that for around four years I have been watching/playing horror games, and have seen so many "3 Scary Games" videos by Markiplier. This is not only one of the best ones I have played and seen, but it was my first jumpscare. I shouldn't have went off to the shortcut in the woods and followed the killer from right behind to see if he would do anything lol, I should have known that you are an incredibly talented coder and artist, and you took so much player interaction into account with this game to make it unpredictable and scary. I am so impressed and happy that you made this! 💖🏆👍
Also, do you have a Gmail that I can send a request to? Thank you.
This is a really generous comment, thank you so much for the kind words they mean a lot to me! I'm glad your experience with the game stood out to you :) 💖💖
Fantastic Game! Huge step up compared to the ritual in terms of endings. I've played many games on Itch with this exact format, but this one definitely perfected it and I had a blast figuring out the endings. Loved all the branching dialogue paths as well. Fantastic Bathroom Design too!
Haha really pleased my bathroom got a better rating. I specifically designed it with your review in mind and was hoping you would play this game XD That elusive S tier will keep me motivated in future games! the bath you said was a weird shape is actually identical to my bath IRL lol
I believe in your ability to get that S Tier! You got this. Bathrooms are a very serious business. That bath shape is something I'll have to see to believe as well. I can't wait to see what your next title has in store. Loving what you're putting out.
I went to walk to the takeaway as the game suggested (could not take the car) and ran into a restricted / caution tape, which feels like a bug. Unclear what to do.
Hmm. On ONE occasion in testing we had something like that occur due to the exiting the car on the same frame that it rolled out of 'valid' parking. I was confident that it was fixed but perhaps there is another way for this bug to surface that I have yet to identify. Thanks for reporting it :)
Oh hang on, thinking about this were you trying to walk along the road? There is an alternative path to walk along that takes you through the trees (a dirt path), did you find that?
Thanks. This is a new channel I created last month, and I'm focusing on trying to get all the endings in these indie horror games.
I know you don't recommend people pursue every single ending one after another, but some of us (like me) will do it anyway. I saw someone mention implementing a checkpoint/save point. While this isn't necessary for your previous games, it would help a lot in this one.
In my opinion, unlocking a chapter select after you beat the game once would be better, but I understand if you don't want to bother with this type of stuff.
Seriously one of the biggest scares I've had in a while, and it was so simple. Great game, solid pacing and a funny story with enough to warrant a second playthrough or three.
Tricky! Two reports of the flashlight being weird now today. I have never had issues with it and cannot replicate any on three different computers running both Windows 10 and 11. So it will be really hard to fix... The flashlight is also completely unchanged from my previous game and I didn't see any issues there either. Weird. Are you on AMD GPU? Graphics drivers up to date? Windows emulator? IDK at this point.
As for checkpoints I don't think I would want to implement any. The idea of just blitzing through different endings by skipping the bulk of the game does not sound compelling to me. The game's description contains some of my thoughts on multiple ending games if you're interested. long story short, I agree that replaying over and over is tedious. I have never enjoyed it in any itch horror game, which is why I don't recommend it lol
Hmm interesting about the flashlight! I wonder what caused it. Yeah, I'll keep the checkpoint idea in mind for future games but it might be troublesome to retroactively implement in this game at this point.
Thanks for giving it another go and for your feedback :)
Could you give me a hint on how to get the ending called "A Good Night's Sleep"? I've watched several playthroughs and NOBODY has gotten this ending yet. I've already spent several hours trying to find it. I only know about this ending because I peeked into the game files—sorry!
Hmm, really odd about the flashlight, I've never seen that before. Are you running this on a windows emulator or anything like that? Up to date graphics etc. etc. all the usual suspects?
Hard to fix a problem I've never encountered and can't replicate lol!
The car being missing is mentioned in the game description, annoying bug I'm still trying to work out, sorry about that! It is rare, but when hundreds of people pick up the game in the space of 24hrs it turns out multiple people find it happening quite quickly. I'll take another look.
Thanks so much for playing! Fun video, that thumbnail cracks me up XD
The game is very good. It has several endings, the PSX visuals are very pleasing and the scenarios are rich and detailed. I would only consider one observation in the driving part, which becomes a bit repetitive and tiring if you want to do all the endings. ALL ENDINGS HERE: Ending 1
I agree about pursuing all endings being tedious, I don't recommend it! You have far more patience than I do! Hopefully people will consult your videos rather than driving themselves mad replaying over and over lol
VERY FUN GAME!!!!! I played it yesterday and i may have been the first to ever do so because there were 0 comments. I recommend adding an ending where you use the phone booth in the city after you find your door open, and you arrest the man.
Well, if you JUST find your door open there's no evidence of a crime... Perhaps if you could SEE the man in your house somehow it might be enough for the police... hmmm... :)
loved the game ! ran into a bug where the car didnt spawn one time , other than that i think i got all the endings ? hope you enjoy my trash commentary though :D
Yeah... I'm trying to figure out a fix for the car clipping at the start of the game. It seemed to be INCREDIBLY rare during playtesting but multiple people have already had it happen since the game going live...
I thought it was a great game, the fact that it has several endings makes it super replayable, the third ending is the most difficult for me, I share with you a gameplay in Spanish with the 4 endings, thank you very much for sharing the game, greetings!!!
This game is fun down to its core!! Haven't discovered any bugs or problems but my only suggestions is to make the car 1.3x faster because sometimes I feel slow and also add little doses of sound effects to alter the games atmosphere and vibe but other than that defo 1 one of the best itch games of this week and maybe of this month. Keep it up dev(s)! Very well made and designed.
After completing the game for the first time you should've received a message about 'Bonus Speed', which can be turned on from the settings menu and funnily enough does increase movement / driving speed by exactly 1.3x!

Honestly got a lot more out of this game than I thought I would and was really fun to play!
It's a pity I couldn't get all the endings, but besides that the game's very solid. And you got my thinking about food so thanks.
Here's my channel for other games I have played. https://www.youtube.com/@Levont
This was pretty dang solid! Managed to get all 4 endings. Made a video on it.

That is exactly what I was thinking! I love this and Chilla's Art, they both reward player interactivity!
Thank you very much :)
It is an honour to be compared to Chilla's Art, love those games!

Haha really pleased my bathroom got a better rating. I specifically designed it with your review in mind and was hoping you would play this game XD That elusive S tier will keep me motivated in future games! the bath you said was a weird shape is actually identical to my bath IRL lol
Thanks for playing once again! Great video :)

really nice game cannot wait to see if you make any other game
Amazing game! Very well made with nice detail.

Oh hang on, thinking about this were you trying to walk along the road? There is an alternative path to walk along that takes you through the trees (a dirt path), did you find that?
I eventually did– I watched a video and discovered the walkable shortcut back to town.
I spent the whole day trying to get all the endings and made a walkthrough explaining how to get each one (8 endings).
Insane commitment to completionism lol
I don't know how you had the patience for this, great video :)
Thanks for playing!

This game is awesome! Keep up the excellent work!
Nice game but...the flashlight is not working as intended and maybe a "checkpoint system" could be useful for replay it
edit: this game is gem and the flashlight problem fixed itself alone, yippie hey

When I replay it today the flashlight was working as intended!
Yeah, I read your opinion about the replay...that's why I suggested the checkpoint!
In the end this is a gem of a game like The Ritual, I can't wait to see what you cook next time
Hmm interesting about the flashlight! I wonder what caused it.
Yeah, I'll keep the checkpoint idea in mind for future games but it might be troublesome to retroactively implement in this game at this point.

Cool game. Had some problems with the flashlight and someone stole my car at some point, but all in all it was pretty fun xD

nah its normal windows. My drivers are 2 months old, which shouldn't be that big of a deal. Could be AMD idk.
Yeah should be fine. I've no clue tbh.
Thanks for feedback :)
awesome game
Had some fun with it!

I'll never forget you for creating a game that reminds me how bad of a driver I am haha. I was great, loved it
Love it!!

OMG I WAS SO DUMB. I just sped ran the game and got the police ending. GREAT GAME I WILL DONATE SOME MONEY!!!
